Valued clients,

Here are some directions to help you nagivate the City of Austin Development website. This site provides info on the zoning designations for properties in the City of Austin.

You may want to go the City Development Office and meet with a zoning planner in order to get a good idea of how a certain property can be used. There is no charge for the visit.
