| Under Geographic Information, click on: map (GIS) Viewer |
| Click "Acknowledge" on the Viewer Disclaimer Page. |
| On the left column under "Viewer Tools" click: Address |
| Enter the address of the property. |
| (A location map will open showing the property.) |
| On left column under "Development Tools" click: Zoning Map |
| (A zoning map will open showing the property zoning.) |
| Find out what the zoning designations mean. |

| Click: City and Land Code |
| Click: NO Frames |
| In Search Box at top, enter: 25-2-900 (Then click Search) |
| A page will open: Title 25 Land Development (Click this link) |
| This opens the land development code for the City of Austin. |
| Click on: 25- 2 - Zoning |
| Scroll down to: 25-2-900 - Home Occupations |
