This suburban northwest area covers a diverse group neighborhoods on Austin's north side, south of Hwy 183 and west of Loop 1. Each neighborhood has its own unique style and character. Homes were built from the 1970's- to brand new. Great Hills is well known as a golf course community close to the Arboretum - an upscale shopping hub. This is an established suburban area with affordable to upscale homes.
This Suburban North section is a well established area with mature neighborhoods. Lots are mostly under 1/4 acre and vary between flat to hillside. Trees are plentiful and mature. There are nearby churches, shopping centers and restaurants.
