This close-in northwest part of Austin is home to some very well established neighborhoods. Most of the homes were built from the 1960's through 1990's.
There are tree lined streets, sidewalks, and a quietly elegant setting. Lots are mostly about 1/4 acre and are generally hilly. Trees are plentiful and mature. This area is fully developed with many churches, shopping centers and restaurants.
The 10 to 20 minute drive to downtown or U.T. is an important part of the appeal of this area.
