Interest Rate: Enter your anticipated interest rate.
Annual Property Taxes: Enter your anticipated annual taxes. Tax rates vary in Austin between about 2.2% - 3.0%, depending on your area.
Home Insurance: Enter your anticipated annual homeowner's insurance premium.

The calculator will show you your PI (principal and interest), plus your PITI (principal, interest, taxes and insurance). It also shows how prepayments will affect the term of your loan.
