Interest Rate: Enter your anticipated interest rate.
Annual Property Taxes: Enter your anticipated annual taxes. Tax rates vary in Austin between about 2.4% - 3.4%, depending on your area.
Home Insurance: Enter your anticipated annual homeowner's insurance premium.
