Austin Home Inspection

Valued clients,

In Austin, buyers almost always get a home inspection during their option period. They usually make some repair requests of the seller. The seller may or may not agree to make repairs. Each home inspection is unique.

The inspection report points out items that are in need of repair or are not in compliance with current building code. Homes are not required to be bought up to current building codes when they are sold.

The following are items that are checked by inspectors. Home inspectors are licensed by the State of Texas.

New construction inspections

Thanks!
