I just wanted to say "thank you" one more time. I entered the process clueless and overwhelmed, and I so appreciate you taking time to walk me through all of the little details from start to finish. People kept telling me "if you have a great realtor, it makes all the difference," and they were right! The hours of preparation that you spent to get ready for house showings made the house-hunting process time-efficient for me. You were always one step ahead of me (and other realtors for that matter), following up on details and deadlines. Without being asked, Jim even went by after my final walk-though to check up on a couple of items he wanted to be sure were taken care of. As a result, I only worried about making the decisions that I needed to make: I trusted that my realtor was coordinating the rest.
