Roselind - I'm an agent in another city and just happened to pull up your website in a search for green homes.  Great website, so professional, yet so personal.  If I wasn't an agent myself, you'd be the one I'd give a call if I was looking for property in Austin, Tx.  Just curious, did you design it yourself?  It's wonderful.

Valued visitors,

Getting around in Austin requires a little training! Here are a few rules:

(1) It is pretty easy to go north- south, but hard to go east-west.

(2) Streets have more than one name — RR 2222 changes to Northland, then to Allandale, then to Koenig, and then to 290 East.

(3) Hwy 290 appears in several places - just accept it.

(4) Loop 1 is known as MoPac because it is located in the Missouri- Pacific railroad right-of-way. Also, it is "mo packed" at rush hour.

(5) There are a lot of one-way streets downtown. Pay close attention.

(6) If it snows, stay home and watch the weather station.

(7) Honking is considered rude. Just wait your turn.

(8) RR stands for Ranch Road; FM means Farm to Market.

(9) Friday's rush hour starts on Thursday morning.

(10) Don't go downtown when there's a UT game in Austin.

Enjoy your visit, and let me know if you need a map!
